Requirements:

• Active RN license in practicing state
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (depending on patient population)
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient condition and vital signs; recognize and escalate changes promptly
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and per protocol
• Accurately document care, assessments, and communications in the medical record
• Communicate patient status and plan of care to the interdisciplinary team
• Provide patient and family education related to diagnosis, treatments, and discharge planning
