Night RN Med-Surg/Telemetry Contract (Gardner, MA) $2,280/40-hr Nights

Join a contract/travel team in Gardner, MA, covering night shifts. This position starts ASAP and offers $2,280 per 40-hour week.

Key qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS preferred for telemetry/cardiac units.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring, including cardiac telemetry.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and clinical interventions.
• Accurately document patient care and promptly report condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide patient and family education to support care plans and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care.
