Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg & Telemetry Float Pool, Nights (Cleveland, OH)

Join a Cleveland-based team as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool. This is a contract/travel opportunity starting ASAP, nights (7p–7a), with a 36-hour rate of $2,052.

What you’ll be doing

• Float between Med-Surg and Telemetry units, providing hands-on nursing care across varying patient acuities.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor patient conditions.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize abnormalities, and escalate concerns promptly.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered treatments safely and accurately.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status and emergency situations.
• Adapt to different unit workflows and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient status in the EMR.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Previous Med-Surg and/or Telemetry experience is preferred.
• Strong cardiac monitoring skills, solid critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, diverse care settings.
