RN Med-Surg/Telemetry Float Pool (Cleveland, OH) — Contract Days 7a-7p

Join a Cleveland-based float pool providing Med/Surg and Telemetry coverage on a contract/travel assignment. This daytime position (7a–7p) starts ASAP and offers $2,052 per 36-hour week.

Core requirements:

• Active RN license and graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Prior Med/Surg and/or telemetry experience preferred
• Strong cardiac monitoring, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, diverse clinical settings

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care across Med/Surg and Telemetry units
• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions
• Accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and escalate abnormalities
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered treatments
• Respond to changes in patient status and emergency situations
• Adapt to varying unit workflows and acuity levels as a float nurse
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Provide patient and family education on care plans
• Document care and patient status clearly and timely in the EMR
