Compensation & Incentives

• Salary: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• State & Federal Loan Forgiveness: Up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Use advanced technology: digital charting, advanced digital imaging, digital scanning
• Maintain professional, patient-centered conduct

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a U.S.-accredited dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
