Core responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general and restorative care, including exams, fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, and simple extractions
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
• Accurately document treatment plans and maintain EMR records
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to optimize patient flow
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Minnesota dental license required
• DEA license preferred but not required for all procedures
• Ability to practice independently with sound clinical judgment
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-oriented care
