We are a mission-driven nonprofit in Fairmont, Minnesota seeking full-time and PRN Dentists to provide comprehensive primary dental care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Opportunities include use of digital technologies to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation and incentives

• Salary range: $160,000–$220,000 plus incentive program
• State and federal student loan forgiveness: up to $80,000 (full-time) / $40,000 (part-time)

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary dental care, including periodontal treatment as indicated
• Collaborate with clinical colleagues and other healthcare professionals
• Use digital tools: electronic charting, advanced imaging, digital scanning
• Maintain professional, patient‑centered communication and behavior

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited GPR or AEGD preferred
