Key responsibilities

• Provide timely remote neurologic consultations for ED and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke presentations and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on‑site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters accurately in the EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Neurology
• Experience with acute stroke and inpatient neurologic care preferred; vascular neurology a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi‑state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Preferred states: FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely and working within telemedicine workflows
