Remote Locums Tele-Neurology Physician — Board-Certified/Eligible (Stroke Experience Preferred)

We are recruiting Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologists for a fully remote locum tele-neurology role based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This flexible, ongoing opportunity suits physicians seeking supplemental work or a long-term telemedicine practice. Using a secure, enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support, you will provide real-time neurologic consultation for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver remote neurologic consultations to emergency and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic and endovascular decisions
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time and collaborate with on-site clinicians on treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology fellowship a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (licensing support available)
• Licenses in hand preferred for FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
