Job Description
Join a fully virtual team delivering specialized care to patients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and related cognitive disorders nationwide. You will perform comprehensive tele-neurology evaluations, manage complex neurodegenerative conditions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team—APPs, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators—to ensure patient-centered, evidence-based treatment. As a clinical leader, you will supervise APPs across multiple states and uphold clinical and telehealth standards.
Compensation & benefits: $260,000–$276,000 plus full benefits.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct remote cognitive and neurological assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Manage longitudinal care for patients with memory and other cognitive disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate treatment and support services
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for APPs across states
- Ensure adherence to telehealth best practices, quality metrics, and regulatory requirements
- Engage patients and families with clear, compassionate communication and education
Minimum qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Board certification in Neurology
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure or IMLC eligibility preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience managing memory or cognitive disorders
- Demonstrated proficiency with telemedicine platforms and virtual neurological assessments
- Strong skills in cognitive evaluation, dementia management, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent communication and commitment to empathetic, patient-centered care
Preferred qualifications:
- Fellowship training in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology or Behavioral/Cognitive Neurology
- Prior experience supervising APPs in telehealth or multi-state practice models
- Familiarity with amyloid-targeting therapies and emerging Alzheimer’s treatments
- Experience in integrated, interdisciplinary, or value-based care settings
