Locum Tele-Neurologist — Remote Stroke/Acute Neurology (Flexible Shifts, Multi-State)

We’re looking for Board-Certified or Board-Eligible neurologists to join a fully remote locum tele-neurology team, supporting hospitals and emergency departments across multiple states. This role is ideal if you want flexible, ongoing telemedicine work—whether as supplemental shifts or a long-term remote practice. You’ll provide real-time neurologic consults for acute and inpatient cases, including stroke alerts, using a secure enterprise telemedicine platform with full clinical and technical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide remote neurologic consultation to emergency department and inpatient teams
• Evaluate acute stroke cases and advise on thrombolytic or endovascular treatment
• Review imaging and clinical data in real time
• Collaborate with on-site clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document encounters thoroughly in the EMR

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO with Board-Certified or Board-Eligible status in Neurology
• Stroke experience preferred; vascular neurology is a plus
• Active U.S. medical license required; multi-state licensure strongly preferred (we provide licensing support)
• Preferred to have licenses in hand for states such as FL, NY, MA, TX, AR, AL, IA, AZ, CA
• Comfortable managing acute neurologic cases remotely
