Job Description
Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Houston, TX where you’ll build lasting relationships and focus on prevention and continuity of care. We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to manage both acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and work closely with an experienced clinic team. Please note we are not accepting new graduates at this time.
What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care for adults (18+).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and communicate effectively across the care team to ensure timely follow-up.
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided).
- Maintain punctuality to keep the clinic running smoothly and patients seen on schedule.
What we offer
- Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus.
- Monthly supervision stipend: $1,250 per Nurse Practitioner supervised.
- Monday–Friday schedule with some clinics offering extended hours (fully outpatient).
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and supportive clinic staff.
- CME allowance and paid CME hours.

Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Board Eligible candidates must be within 5 years of residency completion.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred.
- Active Texas medical license and DEA registration in good standing.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
