Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Collaborative, Modern Clinic Near Boston

Join a thriving outpatient primary care practice in a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility just south of Boston and about 45 minutes from Providence, RI. We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who want to be part of a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Who we’re hiring

• Experienced primary care APPs (2+ years outpatient experience) who can independently manage their own patient panel.
• Early-career APPs or those new to outpatient care who would like to work as a collaborating provider, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with an experienced physician or advanced practice provider.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to an established and growing patient population.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary, team-based practice that emphasizes high-quality, compassionate care.
• Practice in a modern, supportive environment that encourages professional development and ongoing learning.

What we’re looking for

• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain one.
• For independent roles: at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience managing your own panel.
• For collaborating roles: openness to practicing under supervision while building outpatient expertise.
