Job Description

Join a well-established, patient-focused family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. We provide integrative, whole-person care—blending primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services—and we’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who values collaboration and holistic care.

What the role looks like

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend work required
  • One flexible evening shift per week (until 6:00 PM)
  • Split time between two clinic locations, working closely with a multidisciplinary team
  • Care for patients across the lifespan, from newborns through geriatrics, in a family medicine setting that emphasizes preventive care and chronic disease management

Compensation & benefits

  • Salary: $130,000–$165,000, commensurate with experience

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
  • Perform assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
  • Coordinate care and collaborate regularly with behavioral health, chiropractic, and complementary care providers
  • Promote preventive health and manage chronic conditions
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation

What we’re looking for

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Experience in family medicine or primary care is preferred
  • Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care and whole-person wellness
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach
