Integrative Family Medicine NP/PA — Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Amherst (Salary $130–165K)

Join a well-established, patient-centered family medicine practice serving Amherst and Northampton, MA. Our integrative model blends primary care with behavioral health, chiropractic, acupuncture, and other therapeutic services to deliver whole-person care across the lifespan—from newborns to seniors—within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Position highlights:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends
• One flexible weekday evening shift (until 6:00 PM)
• Work across two clinic locations alongside diverse clinical colleagues

Compensation & benefits:

• Salary range: $130,000–$165,000 DOE

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Perform assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care with behavioral health, chiropractic, and complementary therapy providers
• Emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

• Active or eligible license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Massachusetts
• Experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
• Commitment to patient-centered, integrative care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
