Float Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant — Family Medicine (Abbeville & Surrounding SC)

Join our Family Medicine team as a floating Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, providing primary care across outpatient sites in Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties, SC. The role focuses on patient-centered care, preventive health, and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Travel regularly to assigned family medicine clinics within Abbeville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, and Saluda counties.
• Deliver evidence-based care emphasizing wellness, prevention, and chronic condition management.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.
• Document encounters accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) or Physician Assistant program.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in primary care or family medicine.
• Active, unrestricted South Carolina medical license.
• Board certified or eligible (FNP, PA-C).
