Remote Pediatric & Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team remotely, providing evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults. You’ll conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and manage medications—all within a collaborative, supportive virtual practice. This role is a great fit if you have pediatric/adolescent mental health experience and appreciate flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a real difference through telehealth.

Schedule

• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Must be available during peak “after school” hours: after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or anytime on weekends
• Option to pick up additional hours at $100+/hour

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum of 2 years of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Experience treating pediatric populations (ages 2+)
• Comfortable and experienced with telehealth platforms, EHRs, and digital clinical tools
• Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet

Compensation & benefits

• Base pay: $75,000 for 20 hours/week with upside potential to ~$170,000+
