Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – 20 hrs/wk, King of Prussia PA

Join our team in King of Prussia, PA, where you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care in a hybrid role that blends in-person visits with telehealth. This position is designed for a motivated PMHNP who values schedule flexibility and income stability, but also wants the option to increase earnings through additional clinical hours. You’ll work with a diverse patient population and receive ongoing clinical support and professional development.

Schedule & work model

• Part-time commitment: 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours)
• At least 10 clinical hours must be onsite at the King of Prussia clinic; up to 7 clinical hours may be remote
• 3 administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling to meet business needs, with required availability during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Base salary for 20 hours/week: $72,500 (guaranteed income with predictable scheduling)
• Additional clinical visits billed at $100 per clinical hour beyond the base caseload

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA license and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Ability to be onsite in King of Prussia for at least 10 clinical hours per week
• Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
• Must have your own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet for remote work
• Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
