Hybrid PMHNP (Part-Time) — After-School & Weekend Pediatric/YA Psychiatry, King of Prussia, PA

Join a collaborative behavioral health team in King of Prussia, PA providing hybrid in-person and telehealth psychiatric care for children, adolescents, and young adults. This position emphasizes patient-centered treatment during peak “after school” hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and follow-up care for children, adolescents, and young adults
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth per schedule; collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and manage medication monitoring and safety
• Participate in case coordination, crisis intervention as needed, and quality improvement activities

Schedule and work model

• Availability during peak hours: after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends
• Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose from Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Wed & Sat)
• Remaining hours may be remote
• 20 hours/week salaried; hours beyond 20 billed at $100+ per hour

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary $75,000 with potential to exceed $170,000

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care platforms
