Hybrid PMHNP (Children/Adolescents) — Part-Time W2, Flexible After-School Hours, Strong Support & High Earning Potential

We are hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide integrated outpatient psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults in Media, PA. This clinician will join an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based treatment within a collaborative, mission-driven model. The role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities for supplemental earnings.

Schedule & work model

• Total: 20 hours/week (17 clinical + 3 administrative)
• Hybrid: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite at Media clinic; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours remote
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs
• Minimum 10 clinical hours must occur during peak “after-school” times (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary (part-time, 20 hrs/wk, W2): $72,500
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• PMHNP board certification (PMHNP-BC)
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite in Media, PA for at least 10 clinical hours/week
• Availability for after-school/evening and/or weekend hours
• Access to reliable technology (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
