Hospitalist Physician — Full-Time (7-on/7-off) in Great Falls, MT

We’re looking for a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist to join a collaborative, well-respected team in Great Falls, Montana. You’ll work in a modern 46-bed acute-care hospital (36 inpatient beds plus a 10-bed open ICU) with a full complement of medical and surgical specialists, advanced diagnostic and procedural capabilities, and strong telemedicine support.

What the role looks like

• Hospital-employed, full-time position on a 7-on / 7-off block schedule (7:00 AM–7:00 PM)
• Dedicated nocturnists plus in-house pulmonary/critical care physicians and tele-CC/pulmonology backup
• Average daily census about 15 patients per hospitalist
• 1:5 nursing patient ratio, adjusted for acuity
• In-house 5-OR surgical suite, adjacent 4-OR surgery center, advanced cath labs
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed with experienced clinicians

Procedures we value

• Candidates comfortable with or experienced in central line placement, intubation, and arterial line insertion are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure
• Strong clinical judgment, patient-centered approach, and effective communication/teamwork skills
