BE/BC Hospitalist — 7-on/7-off, Sign‑on & Relocation Bonus in Great Falls, MT

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified hospitalist to join an inpatient team at a physician-led health system in Great Falls, MT. This is a hospital-employed, full-time role with a stable schedule, strong specialty support, and efficient workflows.

Schedule and Clinical Details

• 7-on / 7-off day schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Daily census averages 15 patients
• Nursing ratio typically 1:5, adjusted for acuity
• Work with dedicated nocturnists, a Pulm/Critical Care physician, and an experienced NP on the same 7-on/7-off rotation
• Tele-ICU and tele-pulmonology support plus a full panel of on-call specialists
• EMR in place and streamlined clinical workflows
• Procedure experience preferred but not required

Hospital Features

• 36 inpatient beds
• 10-bed open ICU
• 8-bed Emergency Department staffed by experienced clinicians
• 2 cardiac cath lab suites
• 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit and 5 observation beds
• 5 ORs and an additional 4 OR Surgery Center

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in hospital medicine; procedural skills preferred
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
