Remote Nurse Practitioner — Women’s Midlife Health (California, Remote)

We are hiring a Remote Nurse Practitioner to deliver evidence-based virtual care for women during perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health transitions. This fully remote role is based out of San Francisco, CA (clinic HQ) and serves patients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual patient consultations, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for midlife women’s health conditions, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Prescribe and manage medications within state scope and furnishing authority.
• Document encounters in the EMR, coordinate follow-up care, and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients on symptom management, preventive care, and long-term health strategies.
• Participate in weekly clinical education and quality-improvement activities.

Schedule

• Full-time, remote.
• Patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled by patient location and licensure coverage).
• Work remotely from within the United States.

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner license in California.
• Active California Furnishing number (prescriptive/furnishing authority).
• Active national NP certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical NP experience within the last 5 years in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
• Demonstrated experience managing HRT.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound clinical judgment.
• Multiple state licenses strongly preferred.
