Remote Nurse Practitioner — Women's Midlife Health (CA-licensed, Furnishing)

We’re looking for a compassionate, evidence-driven Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team and deliver virtual care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife health transitions. This is a fully remote, patient-facing role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States while practicing in a mission-driven, rapidly expanding area of women’s health.

What you’ll do

• Provide virtual consultations, develop treatment plans, and offer clinical guidance for patients experiencing hormonal and midlife health changes.
• Use evidence-based approaches to educate and support patients through menopause and related conditions.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and document care using EMRs and telehealth platforms.
• Make independent clinical decisions and help shape patient-centered care pathways.

Schedule

• Full-time, remote position.
• Patient-facing hours scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (scheduled based on patient location and licensure coverage).
• Work remotely from within the United States.

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in California.
• California Furnishing license (prescriptive authority) required.
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar).
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience (within the last 5 years) as an NP in Primary Care, Women’s Health, or Gynecology.
• Demonstrated experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is required.
• Strong comfort using telehealth platforms, EMRs, and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
• Multiple state licenses are strongly preferred.
