Locums-to-Perm Geriatrics Physician (Brooklyn) — $150/hr, Weekdays, Spanish/Haitian Creole Preferred

Join a well-established outpatient practice in Brooklyn caring primarily for older adults. We’re looking for a compassionate, board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician for a full-time locum-to-permanent role (transition expected within 3–6 months). You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on value-based care with no inpatient duties.

What you’ll get

• Competitive pay: $150/hour
• Predictable schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Outpatient-only role (no overnight or inpatient coverage)
• Manageable patient panel: typically 7–10 patients per day
• Opportunity to see a broader adult population (18+) as needed
• Temp-to-perm conversion with expedited credentialing
• Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A genuine commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care for older adults
