Geriatrics/Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Brooklyn, FT, No Inpatient, $230–310K

Join a warm, well-established outpatient practice in Brooklyn caring primarily for older adults. We’re looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible physician in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics who is passionate about geriatric care and comfortable working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. This is a full-time, permanent role with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties.

What you can expect

• Competitive compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually (dependent on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only — no inpatient responsibilities
• Care model: Value-based, team-oriented approach
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, with some Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient volume: Manageable daily census of about 7–10 patients
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
