Geriatric-Focused Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, Mon–Fri, No Inpatient (White Plains, NY)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY, dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered care for a predominantly geriatric population. We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician who enjoys collaborative care and values predictable work-life balance. This full-time, permanent role offers a weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities.

Key details

• Compensation: $230,000–$310,000 annually, DOE
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only; value-based care model
• Patient population: Primarily older adults, expanding to include Internal Medicine (18+)
• Patient volume: Manageable census of 7–10 patients per day
• New graduates encouraged to apply; bilingual/multilingual candidates a plus

Requirements

• MD or DO; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY medical license or eligibility
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
