Locums-to-Perm Geriatric/Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient, White Plains (Weekdays, $150/hr)

Join a well-established outpatient practice in White Plains, NY that focuses on caring for older adults. We’re looking for a compassionate, board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric physician for a full-time locums-to-perm role (transition expected within 3–6 months). You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment delivering value-based care with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties.

What you’ll get

• Competitive pay: $150/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibility)
• Care model: Value-based, team-oriented approach
• Patient population: Primarily geriatric, with care expanding to adults 18+
• Patient load: Manageable census of roughly 7–10 patients per day
• Language: Spanish-speaking clinicians preferred
• Hiring note: Temp-to-perm transition within 3–6 months, with expedited credentialing

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active New York State medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Medicare and Medicaid provider IDs (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
