Orthopedic Physician Assistant (Inpatient & Outpatient) — Boston, MA

Join a well-established orthopedic team just south of Boston as a full-time Physician Assistant. You’ll split your time between inpatient and outpatient settings, working alongside orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and rehab specialists to provide hands-on, high-quality musculoskeletal care.

What the role looks like

• Four-day work week with variable shifts — no nighttime or weekend call
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, collaborating closely with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams

What we’re looking for

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• BLS certification or ability to obtain one
• Orthopedic, surgical, or hospital experience preferred (new grads with a strong orthopedic interest are welcome to apply)
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent teamwork, and clear communication skills
