Join a dynamic flex pool team in Hilo, HI on a contract/travel assignment. This day-shift position offers a 36-hour schedule (6:45 AM–7:15 PM) with a competitive rate of $1,930 per 36 hours. Start date: ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Clinical experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or float/flex pool preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications preferred depending on unit assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions and vital signs across assigned units.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient status and emergency situations.
• Provide patient- and family-centered education regarding care plans and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to varying unit workflows and patient populations.
