Registered Nurse (RN) Flex Pool Nights (Hilo, HI)

Join a flexible travel nursing team in Hilo, HI, covering a variety of inpatient units as part of the Flex Pool. This is a night-shift contract position starting ASAP with a 6:45 p.m. – 5:15 a.m. schedule. Pay is $1,930 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Float across assigned units to assess and monitor patients, check vital signs, and recognize changes in condition.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to plan of care.
• Act quickly and effectively during emergencies or sudden patient status changes.
• Teach patients and families about their care plans and how to manage health at home.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and adapt to different unit workflows as needed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in med-surg, telemetry, ICU, or previous float/flex pool work is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and clear communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS or other specialty certifications are a plus depending on unit assignment.
