Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room (Zanesville, OH)

Join a Zanesville, OH team as a contract Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This day-shift assignment (7:00 AM–5:30 PM) is available ASAP and offers $2,280 per 40-hour week.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative/OR experience preferred.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR to ensure a safe surgical environment.
• Serve as circulating nurse or scrub as needed, assisting the surgical team throughout procedures.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain strict sterile technique.
• Accurately document perioperative care and adhere to facility protocols.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.

This role is ideal for an experienced OR nurse seeking a focused, short-term contract in a collaborative surgical setting.
