Travel RN — Operating Room (Circulating) — Vail, CO

Join a contract/travel team in Vail, CO, ASAP for a day-shift RN role in the operating room (circulator). This 32-hour assignment offers $2,342 per 32-hour period.

Core qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative/surgical nursing experience preferred; CNOR or other perioperative certifications a plus.
• BLS required.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and the OR for surgical procedures and maintain a safe, sterile environment.
• Circulate during cases: monitor patient status, anticipate needs, and support the surgical team.
• Administer medications, adhere to sterile technique, and ensure accurate documentation of care, surgical details, and outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to promote efficient, high-quality patient care.
