Travel ER Registered Nurse (RN) — Nights — Grand Junction, CO (Contract)

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an emergency department team in Grand Junction, CO. This is a contract/travel night shift position starting ASAP, offering $2,005 per 36-hour period.

What you’ll be doing:

• Triage and assess patients as they arrive, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Monitor patient status closely and report changes to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Provide education to patients and families about treatments and follow-up instructions.
• Contribute to quality improvement and safety initiatives within the ER.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience preferred; acute care background also considered.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred.
