Schedule: Sun–Sat | Rate: $65.20/hr (Local); Travel: $66.20/hr

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive assessments and deliver individualized rehabilitation services. The role involves evaluating patient condition, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and using therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and modalities to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, mobility, and pain management. You will instruct patients and families on home programs and safe use of assistive devices, monitor outcomes, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license for the state.
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (must include AED).
