Compensation
- Local: $65.20/hour
- Travel: $66.20/hour
- $2,000 quick-start bonus (increased rate available)
Requirements
- Valid, active Physical Therapy state license
- CPR and BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross (must include AED)
- Registry personnel must present state or federal photo ID at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and implement exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination
- Apply hands-on techniques to enhance mobility and relieve pain
- Use therapeutic modalities and recommend/use appropriate assistive devices
- Educate patients and families on treatment, safety, and home programs
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment interventions
