Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Emergency Room | Kapaau, HI (Contract)

Join a contract travel team in Kapaau, HI, providing emergency care in a fast-paced ER setting. This position starts ASAP and offers $2,704 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll do

• Triage and assess patients on arrival, prioritizing care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per protocol.
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and communicate findings to physicians and team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and records.
• Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Emergency room experience or acute-care background preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC preferred.
