Location: Camp Hill, PA | Start Date: May 25, 2026 | Duration: 9 weeks | Shift: 07:00 | Rate: $2,640/40 hrs (Local PPW) — $66/hr (Local)

We are seeking an experienced nursing leader to oversee clinical operations and promote exceptional, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on nursing experience to support staff and maintain high standards across the department.

Minimum Requirements

• Current, active RN license in the practicing state.
• BSN or higher.
• Prior nursing leadership experience, preferably as Director of Nursing.
• BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must present state or federal photo identification at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor nursing staff to foster a collaborative, positive work environment.
• Coordinate and manage patient care delivery in accordance with facility protocols.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Maintain quality assurance, regulatory compliance, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Oversee nursing department budgeting and resource allocation.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and promptly address concerns to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes.
