Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse state license.
• Previous nursing leadership or charge nurse experience.
• BLS certification.
• Registry personnel must bring state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to facility policies and standards.
• Supervise and coordinate patient care activities, including assessments, medication administration, and documentation.
• Participate in staffing and schedule planning to maintain efficient patient coverage.
• Mentor, educate, and support nursing staff to promote professional development and competency.
• Monitor compliance with clinical and regulatory standards; perform audits and implement quality improvement actions.
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate care per facility protocols.
