Contract RN Long Term Care (Fairmont, WV)

We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a Fairmont, WV team on a 9-week, local contract. This role starts ASAP and follows an evening-through-overnight schedule (Mon–Wed, 6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Compensation is $1,206 for a 36-hour week.

What you’ll need:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state
• Current BLS certification

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and deliver nursing care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, provide interventions, and document progress
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate records
• Document all nursing activities, including assessments and patient education, in the medical record
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment—monitor and supervise patient conduct and ensure unit order
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management
