Travel Registered Nurse (RN) — Long Term Care, Parkersburg, WV (7-Week Contract)

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join a team in Parkersburg, WV on a 7-week contract starting ASAP. This assignment follows a 12-hour shift schedule (07:00 AM–07:30 PM).

What you’ll do

• Provide and coordinate nursing care: plan and implement individualized care, administer medications, and collect specimens for testing.
• Monitor and document: perform ongoing patient assessments, deliver appropriate interventions, track progress, and thoroughly chart all nursing activities, assessments, and patient education.
• Work with the team: collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, assist with procedures, and keep accurate treatment records.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment: promote order, oversee patient conduct, and support patient safety and well‑being.
• Be flexible: perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of practice
• BLS certification

Compensation

• Travel rate: $1,411 per 36 hours
• Local rate: $1,231 per 36 hours
