Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 13-Week Contract, Wayne PA (Local $30/hr; Travel $31/hr)

We’re seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team in Wayne, PA for a 13-week assignment starting June 7, 2026. This is an afternoon shift role (starts at 3:00 PM). Pay is $30/hour local, with travel pay of $31/hour.

What we need from you:

• An active, valid LPN license for the state.
• BLS certification.
• If you’re registry personnel, bring a state or federal photo ID to the facility and wear your photo badge at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide hands-on nursing care under the direction of RNs and physicians.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and give medications and treatments as ordered.
• Manage wound care—cleaning, dressing, and watching for signs of infection or complications.
• Monitor and record vital signs consistently.
• Keep clear, accurate patient records and help educate patients and their families about conditions and self-care.
• Act quickly in medical emergencies and follow infection control policies and procedures.
