Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) — 13-Week Travel Assignment, Hayward, CA

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a Hayward, CA team on a 13-week contract beginning June 22, 2026. This is a Monday–Friday role (Mon–Fri) with a local pay package of $2,376 per 36-hour week (equivalent to $66/hour).

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive strengths, limitations, and home or facility environments to pinpoint goals and barriers to independence.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that use a variety of therapeutic approaches to improve daily living skills and participation.
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Educate patients and their families or caregivers on strategies to manage conditions and promote independence.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on patient progress and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team.

What we need from you:

• A valid, active Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).

This is a Contract/Travel opportunity based in Hayward, CA, starting 06/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Schedule: Mon–Fri. Rate: Local PPW $2,376/36-hours (Local $66/hour).
