Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) — Hayward, CA (14-week Local)

We’re looking for an occupational therapist to join a local contract in Hayward, CA, starting June 1, 2026 for a 14-week assignment. This role is full-week coverage (Sun–Sat) with a 35-hour schedule. Pay options: Local PPW $2310/35 hours or $66/hour.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assess patients’ physical and cognitive abilities and their home or work environments to pinpoint functional limitations and set meaningful goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and use a range of therapeutic techniques to help patients regain or improve daily living skills.
• Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices to increase independence.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and strategies to maximize autonomy.
• Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment.

What you’ll need:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED).
