Compensation:

• Local: $36/hr (Local PPW: $1296/36-hrs)
• Travel: $37/hr (Travel PPW: $1332/36-hrs)

Requirements:

• Active LPN license for the state of New Mexico
• BLS certification

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement prescribed treatments and medications
• Monitor, document, and report vital signs and changes in patient condition
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection/complications
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans to patients and families; provide education on conditions and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols
