Requirements:

• Active, valid LPN license for the state.
• Current BLS certification.

What you'll do:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive assessments and administration of medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs continuously and maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform wound care: evaluate, clean, dress, and monitor for infection or complications.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
