Required credentials:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maine or a Compact state
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience

Key responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and deliver medical-surgical nursing care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team
• Accurately document assessments, care, and interventions in the electronic record
• Function independently and prioritize patient care activities
• Respond rapidly and effectively in emergency situations
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support the organization’s mission, vision, and values
