Shift: Nights, 7:00 pm–7:00 am; three 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week). Includes every other weekend.
Rate: $1,980 per 36-hour week (travel)
Required Qualifications
- Active Vermont RN license or compact multi-state RN license
- Minimum 3 years acute care experience (Meditech experience preferred)
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
- Flu vaccination required (no exceptions)
- Available to start 06/24/2026
- Not appropriate for pediatric-only RNs (unit is adult med/surg with occasional pediatric patients)
Core Responsibilities
- Provide medical-surgical care across adult and occasional pediatric patients in a general Med/Surg unit (includes outpatient, observation, swing bed)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Prioritize holistic care addressing physiological, developmental, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with Unit Director, Clinical Nurse Lead, Nursing Supervisor, and interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure safety and quality
- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts

- Must meet facility credentialing requirements prior to start.
