Primary Care Physician – Geriatrics-Focused Outpatient (Mon–Fri, New Grads Welcome, $230–250K + 20% Bonus)

We’re looking for a compassionate, team-oriented physician—board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics—to join our well-established outpatient practice in the Bronx. You’ll be caring primarily for older adults within a collaborative, patient-centered model that values continuity and comprehensive care. This is a full-time, permanent role with a predictable weekday schedule and no inpatient duties.

What you’ll find here

• A focused outpatient practice serving a predominantly geriatric population, with some expansion into adult internal medicine (18+).
• A manageable clinical pace (typically 7–10 patients per day) that lets you spend quality time with patients and work closely with an interdisciplinary team.
• Value-based care principles and an emphasis on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.
• A supportive workplace where new graduates are welcome and bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.

Schedule and compensation

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or inpatient calls)
• Base compensation range: $230,000–$250,000, plus a 20% performance bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active NY State medical license or eligibility for licensure
• Medicare and Medicaid provider ID (active or eligible)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
