Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — 20 hrs/wk, Hybrid — King of Prussia, PA

Join a hybrid psychiatric practice in King of Prussia, PA providing in-person and telehealth care to a diverse patient population. This part-time role (20 hours/week) offers stable base pay with clear opportunities to increase earnings through additional clinical shifts.

Schedule

• Total: 20 hours/week (17 clinical + 3 administrative)
• At least 10 clinical hours onsite at King of Prussia; up to 7 clinical hours remote
• 3 administrative hours remote
• Flexible scheduling to meet business needs
• Availability required during peak after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary (part-time): $72,500 annually
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ with additional clinical work
• Overtime/extra clinical visits: $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Required qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
• DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure
• Proficiency with EHRs and telehealth platforms

Equipment & logistics

• Must have personal computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet
• Able to work onsite in King of Prussia a minimum of 10 clinical hours/week and during required after-school hours
